What you walk away with.
Real Self-Defense You Can Use
Jiu-jitsu is the most studied martial art on the ground. Teens learn to control distance, escape bad positions, and end a confrontation by controlling it.
Fitness Without the Treadmill
Conditioning happens on its own when the training is real. Teens get strong and fit while learning a skill, not while staring at a clock.
A Community That Welcomes Everyone
Every body type, every starting point. The teen room is one of the most welcoming in DFW, and new students get folded in fast.

Common questions about Teen BJJ in Carrollton, TX.
My teen has never done any martial art. Can they start?
Yes. Most of our teen students started with zero experience. Beginners are welcome in every class, and instructors meet each teen exactly where they are.
Is jiu-jitsu safe to train regularly?
Jiu-jitsu has one of the lowest injury rates of any martial art. Live rolling is introduced progressively when a student is ready, and always supervised.
Will training make my teen more aggressive?
It tends to do the opposite. Jiu-jitsu builds composure, not aggression. Teens learn to stay calm under pressure and control their reactions instead of amplifying them.
How long are the classes?
Teen classes run about 45 minutes. Call or text us for the current weekly schedule.
How is Teen BJJ different from the Jaguars program?
They overlap closely. Jaguars is our structured youth track for ages 12 to 15; Teen BJJ is the broader teen path into adult-style training. When you visit, we will point your teen to the right class for their age and experience.
